I'm confused by these questions. Does leadership team refer to executive team or leadership within my department or my direct manager? Executive team positives is mostly about have good executive presence and being good personas in front of a crowd.
There are a ton of variables within sales and SDRS. Amount of leads per region/territory, quality of accounts, number of new logo accounts (which is the primary charter). My comp plan would be more fair if the territories/accounts were looked at in a granular manner for propensity of QSO/opportunity
