They listen to, and take on board, the feedback of all employees. It's not a strict hierarchy and everyone has a voice.

It's a very diverse team with differing skill sets and opinions. This allows for interesting social interactions and a fulfilling working life.

They're willing to have discussions with any staff member at any time. No one ever blocks you and pushes back due to being "too important"
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Strong emphasis on supporting anyone who wants to further educate themselves. Management speaks to employees about their future goals and tries to work out ways for them to achieve this.
