Meeting fellow colleagues and tackling some of the obstacles in the most innovative ways

The involvement with the product, the fact that they have hands on experience with what we do

Customer oriented devs, designers, managers - all of them knowing the product and the market by heart. Everything customer centric. Quite amazing!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best specialists in the industry get hired here. It's so satisfying to see new people show up and get up to speed amazingly fast.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working on a product I am passionate about with people who share my passion. Delivering quality that the customers seem to love and seeing that whenever I meet them. This gives me goosebumps all over!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the fact that I do not have to go and negotiate the pay raise as it's rather the other way around - that the company recognizes my involvement and approaches me with an offer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that we could get a more competitive "employee integration" budget for each team. Flying at least economy plus when we do would be a great improvement, though when you think about it "business" class is called "business" because you are traveling on business not privately.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that passion for product, strive for quality, reasonability and pragmatism seem to be in a very fruitful marriage when you think about our leadership. In the end though it's the fact that these guys are fun to go out on a private get together as well as brainstorm about a problem.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We seem to hire the best of the best. My new team mates seem to be quick to adapt to our work culture and up to speed on what we do and how we do it. And lets be honest - what we do is not the easiest of subjects so kudos for them and kudos for the talent hunting team!
