Dynatrace is an amazing company for positions suce as sales or developers. Unfortunately the board forget that back office daily provides hardwork and energy to participate to the company success. This is frustrating and explain the higher turn over of back office in comparison with front office.

I like to feel important, we always have the possibility to bring feedbacks and propose changes. This is still well welcomed by the leadership team. Our opinion is counting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even if we give everything to Dynatrace we have no recognition or trust from the board. Salary increases should be review every year with a market study also for back office team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is like a family. We share professional events but also personal ones. That's very important because I feel motivation every morning to go to office, mostly to see each members of the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if all departments could pretend to bonuses. Every sales, pre sales, service team have annual salary increase. This is absolutely not the same for the other departments, even if we are workinf harder and harder everydays. This is an unfair feeling.
