I've met a lot of great people that are smart, driven and passionate. In 4 years I have yet to have a meaningful conversation about my role, career, performance or goals. My job has been changed 3-4 times by my various managers without any conversation and to something I was not interested in.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More feedback. I haven't been given any reasons why my raises have been delayed and/or insignificant.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need a better balance of responsibilities. Work-life balance here has degraded considerably the last couple of years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with a great group of peers. We all get along well and help make each other successful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better and more transparent communication. Being more in tune with what the folks in the trenches are going through.

They either have no idea or do not care how difficult it is to hit the required deadlines with the resources and toold we have.

we all get along great and truly enjoy being with each other. We all work hard and try to keep the team headed in the right direction.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They do try and sprinkle in fun events throughout the year but they have been more and more restricted in what they can do over the past couple of years
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am under paid for my title, my title doesn't fit my role or experience level, there are people on the same team with lesser titles making more and new employees with similar roles and much less experience with bigger titles.
