You can talk to everyone regardless or what role he or she plays. Even managers have an open ear for you, if you would like to bring something up which is helpful for the company. Ideas are always welcome.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I'm receiving an extra bonus if I do not need a parking space or a ticket for the public transportation. haven't seen this before in any other company. Also very nice: breakfast, the cantine which offers very good food, the barista, running training with an professional sport coach
