Since I've came to Dynatrace, I've learned many new things and gotten in touch with technologies I've only heard before. The colleagues (and by this I also mean the superiors) are very friendly and helpful.

The environment is international and multicultural.

Goals for the company are clear and properly defined.

Usually, a new challenge awaits me. There is something new to learn.

I am paid quite low and expected to do very complex tasks.

Free coffee (just joking). Every day i get the chance to learn something new.

They are open minded and always there to help, never condescending and posess different skill sets.

You can always approach them directly, with any of your problems, and you can be sure what you say will be heard.

The people have various backgrounds and multidisciplinary knowledge, which they are always happy to share. You find place to grow among them.

I have colleagues from all over the world, and I've never gotten a NO as an answer when I asked for help, even from the high ranked superiors.
