So far i've loved every day at Dynatrace apart from between January and March as i was getting unnecessary negative feedback and mixed messages on how to work which caused my unnecessary stress but overall i love the company and I love working here and looking forward to the SDR director starting
What is the best part about your compensation package?
good basic package and the bonus structure is good as well so i'm earning more money than i have done for a while
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they have an open door policy and want to make sure I am successful as can be and they trust me to do my work efficiently without micromanaging me. it's this culture that brought me to Dynatrace
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are helpful and have team spirit, they work hard but enjoy a laugh, they are all competitive and also enjoy socialising together. we feel we need more social events and i don't get sick of seeing any of my team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the open atmosphere, if you need help you only have to ask and everyone is friendly. the only thing that doesn't make me very happy is people relay positive feedback to my face then giving bad Feedback to my RD behind my back
What makes you most happy at work?
the people i work with and trying to speak to more people about Dynatrace. although it's been hard the past few months as our SDR director left which cause a struggle in the team and independently i've felt a bit singled out in a negative way regardless of doing loads of work.
