excellent drug and dental coverage; the bonus structure for managers is decent; good number of vacation days.

workload is too much, and getting help takes way too long , or doesn't come at all

true sense of all for one and one for all...a real team that looks out for each other

the health care package is excellent; the retirement savings program is also very good; the vacation days could be improved however

Many have the right 'team' mentality and do not look to get ahead by stepping on others; there are exceptions, however

team oriented culture, where most folks are indeed looking to help each other out towards the bigger mission of the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the benefits package is not comparable to the current marketplace. recently, we've had outsiders turn down job offers specifically because of the lacking benefits.

the leadership team seems sincere in their approach to building the right team culture across the ranks, and does a good job at rewarding those who do well
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how the company culture is inclusive of everyone and their various backgrounds; it's welcoming, and has a family first feel to it that is authentic and genuinely appreciated
What makes you most happy at work?
helping my team be the best version of themselves; seeing them succeed and receive praise from the client. On a personal level, having my wins and achievements recognized by senior leadership
