The belief that no idea is not worthy of being heard. While not every idea can be implemented, the culture of ideas is being cultivated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The sense of a common goal. The openness and honesty of most members. As of late, I see a hiring trend towards just warm bodies at any cost, and this is drastically lowering my satisfaction.
