Reasonably good medical benefits. Family leave is lacking compared to our competitors.
Employees are ambitious and usually always eager to help out. Specially the younger crowd.
The people. Leadership doesn't always take the best decisions. But the people have made me want to stay throughout the bad parts.
Interacting with coworkers about daily struggles and how can we improve. Also DCREW is trying to improve employee quality of life, coming up with some nice initiatives.
Sense of community. Most of the time everyone's willing to help each other out since we're part of the same team (when it comes to dealing with customers at least).
The starting vacation days are good. The rest of the benefits aren't as great as other IT companies, would be nice to see some improvements in that aspect. Become a true leader in all areas!
