Every company has pros and cons. Throughout the years the pros have outweighed the cons. Lately we have adopted the 'work hard play hard' which I think is becoming toxic. It disguises burnout and promotes hustle mentality in a corporate world where the most benefited are high company stakeholders.

Collaborating with coworkers, even if virtually as I am remote.

They're willing to listen for feedback and when possible, act on it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Reasonably good medical benefits. Family leave is lacking compared to our competitors.

Employees are ambitious and usually always eager to help out. Specially the younger crowd.

The people. Leadership doesn't always take the best decisions. But the people have made me want to stay throughout the bad parts.

Interacting with coworkers about daily struggles and how can we improve. Also DCREW is trying to improve employee quality of life, coming up with some nice initiatives.

Sense of community. Most of the time everyone's willing to help each other out since we're part of the same team (when it comes to dealing with customers at least).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The starting vacation days are good. The rest of the benefits aren't as great as other IT companies, would be nice to see some improvements in that aspect. Become a true leader in all areas!
