Dynatrace is a company with great people and great facilities. I have learn so much there and met very good people. The only flaw is that there are very few opportunities for career advancement.

they are genuine nice people, we support and care about each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to get trained on new subjects and get new responsibilities.
What makes you most happy at work?
socialize with my colleague. I also enjoyed the facilities we have at work: cafeteria, table tennis, foosball, adjustable desk, comfortable office

There is a good spirit in the team, and good atmosphere. and the managers/bosses care about heir employees for most of them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is mostly a good spirit. we don`t get shouted at when we do a mistake. People are indulgent and tolerant, they understand that with the pressure and quantity of work, mistakes are unavoidable. They let you learn from your mistakes and do better then.
