Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I earn less following promotion, and am let down by the false promises which led to my acceptance of the role
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are given the option to invest in the company and are recognized regularly for our efforts. We all face the same way and the executive team are very inclusive of us all.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great commission structure and fair salary, with such a great product there is real opportunity to over perform. It is a pleasure to do so and contribute to something which is helping people everyday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is just reward and attainable achievement. Successes are celebrated and there is a genuine sense of encouragement for all. This is the best job I have ever had, I look forward to something new everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Real comradery amongst the team. We have an open policy and our managers engage regularly on a personal level. The support we provide each other is genuine and there is a real delight in seeing others achieve.
