My experience at DT has been a positive ride. There is so much to accomplish in making us an efficiently run company that is easy to do business with. Investments are made in the right areas and people are the best asset that we have!

My team is highly knowledgeable and works extremely hard to get the job done. We are able to collaborate candidly and provide solutions to poroblem.

Being newer to the organization my observation of the leadership team is they do a great job of confidently communicating our vision and our ability to change in order to execute as we scale.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being a leader in the organization the executive package put together in totality is very generous. The best part is being a shareholder and the upside that our stock has for all involved.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Leadership needs to see where there are fractured relationships that are placing barriers up against groups that at one time worked together very well. Leadership has taken a step back and not addressing the elephant in the room.
