Clear and defined vision combined with the tools to execute on that vision.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is there to help if needed - this enables a sales culture which is very refreshing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Clear and efficient onboarding process was much appreciated. Also love the new fitness reimbursement perk - thanks
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customers solve difficult problems/issues. Seeing people get promoted due to the use of Dynatrace is also rewarding.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very collaborative. We communicate all the time on items to improve our messaging to customers, prospects and internal stakeholders.
