As a newer member of the sales team it is the adjusted quota and ramp as I make progress with my strategic accounts.

The most positive aspect of working at Dynatrace is the energy and engagement of our team. The team at Dynatrace really work together as a single unit to drive company success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is clear that our leadership team has a clear passion for what they do and that inspires the team. They have enabled the team to continuously learn through weekly coaching session and my direct manager is always available and extremely supportive.
