HubSpot is truly a uniquely great place to work. My team, and manager in particular, I feel really helped, and honestly think we're one of the better, happier, close knit teams at the company. I very much enjoyed working here, but my envisioned career path didn't align with my current position,
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HubSpot seems to pay below the market average for a CSM within SaaS companies. I do actually think I was on the higher end for a CSM within my segment, however pay scales and salary transparency is something that is needed in all departments.
