Looking for ways to improve, and open to constructive feedback
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have HEART, and view each one of us as human beings.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary transparency, or having the same salary and benefits base in all locations. IE, employee development budget in Colombia is USD$1.300 less that in US, but I plan to use it on programs charged in USD, not COP. Also, being paid the full dollar amount for sales commissions.
