I enjoy working at HubSpot, especially the executive, coworkers and company culture are amazing. But even in such a great environment, some part of members have less globalization mind, no ownership nor UGJ (thinking about their own situation and career without thinking customers or peers much).

What is the best part about your compensation package?
As I started at the entry level my compensation was the entry level at the beginning but my manager and the company have been giving me credit much better than expected since then.
