Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For my position, I am aware of other opportunities that would pay more for my responsibilities. I really enjoy working at HubSpot which stops me from leaving but there are definitely roles where HubSpot can increase the compensation to stay competitive.
