Overall, my experience went downhill after the hype of HubSpot wore off. The company is brining is a lot of new managers, senior manager, and directors that are making uncomfortable changes without address the team first, which goes against everything HubSpot stands for as far as transparency.

Interactive with my teammates and getting to help others

I liked that the interview process was more of a conversation and less pressure then a typical interview
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I was brought in at a lower rate then my cohort and not allowed to renegotiate.
