people ask a lot of questions and lean into learning/failing fast. A lot of hubspotters are fantastic and I love learning from them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are always grounded and motivated for customer empathy and impact. We have it clear from the top and throughout the company that solving for the company solves for the business success.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
honestly not the most monetary value but I love our peer HEART bonus. It's a quarterly $100 that Hubspot sponsors for employees to recognize and give out individiually to a fellow HubSpotter peer for their collaboration/remarkable work/empathetic leadership
