The engineers, UXers, and PMs that complete the work either set or heavily inform the deadline of our products. There are very rarely immoveable deadlines.

No jerks in the company. Everyone is very collaborative, and wants to do what's best for our customer. People don't flat out say "no" to ideas, we explore them and figure out what's best from a product, user, and feasibility perspective
