HubSpot is a great place to work but we are definitely going through some growing pains at the moment as we scale up and become a truly large enterprise company. There is a lack of middle management in Product which is a pain point and we have lost a lot of transparency recently.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very collaborative and willing to help each other navigate difficult problems and learn as a group. There are no egos.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base comp and RSUs are good in my opinion. Health insurance is also competitive. Parental leave is lacking, particularly in EU compared to the US.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work is interesting and there are always new challenges to solve. I like that I am given the autonomy to tackle new challenges as they come up.
