The transparency and that Diversity and Inclusion is done in everything we do
What is the best part about your compensation package?
What I enjoy most about my compensation package is that Unlimited PTO is actually encouraged to be used at HubSpot, unlike many companies where Unlimited PTO usually means no PTO
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all bring their authentic selves to work, are quick to answer a question or jump on a call. We can all be vulnerable with each other, and their is no judgement
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like most about our leadership team is that they are transparent, and lead with our values. If there is something going astray, or a sign of a road bump they communicate what is going on, and say what the next steps will be.
