I have worked at many places that I felt that I was always waiting for the other shoe to fall. At HubSpot, I do not feel the fear of what each day would bring and come in energized and ready to bring my full self to work.

My time with HubSpot has been incredible. Even when times get harder, I feel supported and appreciated. The culture is amazing, it is something I have never seen before and don't know if I could ever find again.

Each person actively works to support each other. There is not any negativity and we all tackle things as a team.

They believe in transparency and lead by example. Their support of the people who work for them is paramount and it shows.

A true camaraderie where I feel that I am seen and heard. We all work together as a unit and have trust that our team is there when we are needed

The people are truly invested in the culture and actively bring their best selves to the table. There is a strong theme that we are all working for the greater good.

I have the autonomy to try. If I fail, I am able to learn from it and try again. If I succeed, I am encouraged to see what worked and why. I am constantly learning.
