It has been great! Best company culture, team and manager that I've worked with. I enjoy my role and also the opportunities to step outside my job to work on things like the DI&B team. I wish salaries were more competitive. Feels like Execs are saying if we want to make more we have to leave
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It has been a great experience the past few years. I have had the opportunity to get multiple promotions and have been recognized for my hard work. The people are great and the managers I have had along the way have all been very different but great in their own ways. I only wish we paid better!

Everyone is kind and always willing to help out. I've never had a poor interaction with another HubSpotter

It feels like I am making a difference and I get to have a pretty significant impact on our internal teams as well as ur customers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We went through the process of adding pay bands for transparency but that has really just shown us that HubSpot pays at the lower end of the market for my roles and the roles of those around me. We need more competitive compensation to keep good talent
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard but it never feels like work. We have a lot of fun and we care about each other as people not just the next project or to do list that needs to get done. The people at HubSpot is what makes it so great to come to work every day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is frustrating to see that we are in the bottom percentile of salary bands. No adjustments were made and the "total comp" including things like tuition, etc that may go unused to make it seem as though we are higher in the band doesn't seem fair. The feeling is that we have to leave to make more
