I really enjoy working at HubSpot. Something I've discussed recently is "what would it take for me to leave here." My manager is caring and emphasizes mental and physical health and makes it easy to take time off when wanted or needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The monthly AMAs and quarterly meetings feel very transparent and allow me to know feedback is being heard
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance seems to be pretty good. I enjoy the unlimited PTO, but wish we had a requirement to take at least XX amount of days.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HubSpot seems to attract and employ genuinely caring and curious people. This makes it easier for me to bring my full self to work and makes my quality of work better
What makes you most happy at work?
Time together with the team. This is mostly via Zoom, but when we were able to have a bunch of the team together in person I felt I was able to connect personally and professionally together. Good feedback from my manager and set expectations
What are some of the best things about your team?
The vulnerability and ability to build relationships. I think this is key for teams to function well and feel comfortable to ask any and all questions. I think time together in the same space would be really helpful, since majority of the team is remote.
