I have been here for ~10 months. In that time, I have had a new addition to my family and there was no issue with me taking the 16 paid weeks offered by HubSpot for family leave. I am trusted to get my job done and am managed at a macro level. I am very happy.

I can be my authentic self. My ideas are welcome.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent and honest. They have a strong vision and sell us on it. They do not take themselves too seriously and are approachable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are diverse in every way. We encourage free thought and psych safety. They all are wonderful to talk to and embrace letting each of us be who we are.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The RSU component. It invests us into the success of the company! Everyone has an ownership stake and that reduces the compensation friction that is typically there in other companies between ICs and C-Suite.
