it's beginning of month 4 for me at hubspot and I am very happy with the opportunity I have here to grow my career and learn from my peers. As a remote worker, i feel included and know I have the resources I need to perform and excel. I never once have felt intimidated to ask questions or speak up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Base salary is low compared to market standard. However, everything else is great

Diversity in personal and professional background, (which is not standard in my previous work experience)

feeling that i truly BELIEVE in the product, executive management, and mission of the company.

transparency and agile ability to be responsive to feedback and suggestions from employees and customers alike
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the active engagement and enthusiasm by all hubspotters. people really take it seriously and actively participate in culture events etc. people share lots on slack groups and there are loads of initiatives to connect with colleagues on topics outside of work. everyone feels comfortable to share.
