single execution of work - good. stakeholder reliability - average Company values - good Overall positioning and being valued as a BDR - bad 10 months on board, I like my customers and what I am doing in general but it is really hard to see future career opportunities as a BDR at HubSpot.

Having really smart and reflective peers, stakeholders and managers in daily life

carrer path is not as promising as didcussed in the beginnen. Rules are changing to fast, which leads that my peers are leaving HubSpot
What are some of the best things about your team?
Executing already very strong, although we are in a so called entry-role. The fire and internal drive is strong, motivation regarding overall happiness could be definitive better
