Working at Hubspot has been transformation for me personally and professionally. I feel both supported and challenged by my coworkers, who are world class in what they do. I have never been in an organization that has nailed culture as well as Hubspot has.

People at Hubspot care about eachother. They are extremely smart and driven but not cut throat.

We have managed to maintain a sense of fun and connection even while we've shifted to a mostly remote workforce
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my team! I feel supported and challenged. I hate being bored and I have never been bored a single day at Hubspot.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent - they trust their employees with the true story and don't sugar coat things. They also genuinely care about people. When COVID first hit, our CEO was the first I know of to say "don't worry about returning to the office - take care of yourselves and your family."
