I work completely remotely which took a little getting used to at first but HubSpot are "all in" on Hybrid. They're still not perfect at balancing the employee experience for folks who are Hybrid but they try really hard - and I know this is a challenge that everyone is trying to solve.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I really enjoy my work here - I have a great team, customers seem to love the product, leadership are steering us in an exciting direction and finally I feel like I'm having fun with what I do. Definitely recommend!

How deeply they care about DI&B and ensuring equity among colleagues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They use really clear language, they communicate often and they're also human and vulnerable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
RSUs have a 3 year vest and 6 month cliff - it's rare to have both together.

I have the chance to work with some of the smartest and most motivating folks in the business.

I love how humble and human they are. That really is so different from other leaders I've seen before.

Generous equity offering - a 3 year vesting schedule with a 6 month initial cliff is great. Plus any additional equity grants don't have cliffs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In general, everyone is super nice to each other and genuinely very helpful and collaborative. I know this sounds fluffy but it wasn't the case at my last company and it just creates a really safe and fun environment that's so much more pleasant to work in.
