Great product, but company continues to struggle internally with shifts in culture + expectations re: productivity. Leadership straddles the fence, causing more confusion and creating an uninspiring environment for high performers. Comp/Benefits are just average; HR is inexperienced; people are kind
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the executive team are kind and transparent.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to work on a challenging project or idea.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary at my level is competitive, but at lower levels it's not.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like our HEART values, and for the most part we're pretty good at sticking to them. I've only met a handful of jerks here, which is nice.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
An overall lack of experience and perspective. Lots of people whose only job is HubSpot and are willing to consider new ideas on the surface, but not actually create any meaningful or necessary change. The bar of talent is also just lower than what I've experienced at other companies.
