My team consists of some of my closest friends, and we drive each other to achieve great things and succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do agree with where our leadership team is going, my one concern is that of our entire c suite, only one member is female.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on Glassdoor's salary averages, I make 20k less than average for a person in Cambridge with my same position. I am also aware that I make 5k less than a person who started the same day I did with the same qualifications.
