So many hard problems to work on. No place to hide if you want to wallflower, or just chill out and collect a paycheck. Plenty of opportunity to excel, even today, when we're nearly 3,000 people, which is completely insane when you think about it. But there's just so much to do for our customers.

The walk the talk and constantly, and I mean CONSTANTLY, are working to do better as leaders, as an org, as a business, as actual people we work with every day. They are so genuine it's mind blowing.

The quality of my teams. They're just so good. No slackers. No bad attitudes. They just all get it done. The work's hard, don't get me wrong. It's not a walk in the park, but the people I work with, rock.
