My team is amazing. I have never worked with more pasionate or intelligent individuals in my life! They're all supportive beyond belief and we each have our own unique personalities and perspectives we bring to the table.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The energy. Everyone comes to work ready to go and invested in what they do every day. It's an incredibly happy and positive place to be, and I know if I smile at someone in the hall, 9/10 I'll get a smile back!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they're invested in diversity and inclusion and moving the needle on not only making HubSpot a more diverse company, but also a more inclusive one. Katie Burke the CPO is a champion of empathy and understanding and goes above and beyond for all HubSpotters.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I can take a break at lunch and go to a free workout class right at HubSpot. It gets my energy up for the second half of the day and makes me feel healthy and happy :) HubSpot is truly invested in creating a healthy work/life balance for their employees.
