I think HubSpot is a great place to work because of the people. consistent challenge, and the commitment to supporting you as an individual. HubSpot is special because of the time and effort they put into the company values, initiatives, and culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency and vulnerability.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is truly passionate about their work and what they do. It makes connecting on programs a lot more fun and easy to collaborate.
What makes you most happy at work?
I currently love working from home and make time to connect with the co-workers I miss in the office. I miss seeing everyone and chatting with individuals in the office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though our team doesn't have great alignment or structure. There also isn't a projected career path for growth, which makes it difficult for expectations of compensation and growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive part about the culture is the office I work in. We are have a really positive and close knit office. It makes the culture of the office feel natural and fun!
What makes you most happy at work?
I am so passionate about the program I run. I love thinking through creative ways to evolve the program I run. I also enjoy my colleagues in the office and being present with them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that our leadership team is fairly consistent when it comes to supporting your personal life. It makes your feel much more supported at work. The leadership team is also great with communication across the board.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The People. I love meeting new HubSpot employees because they are all so unique and have something special about them. I also love the initiatives at our company and the true time and effort put into those initiatives from individual contributors all the way up to C-Suite.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team has something truly special. I think the best part of HubSpot is the people. But there is something about our team that is unique and really special. Each individual on our team brings something different and unique to the table, like a 'secret sauce'. Everyone is cheering each other on.
