It's not perfect, and there are days that I don't feel as positive, but overall this is a great place to work. Leadership cares about the mission and that is supported by most everyone else. You can feel proud of that mission and the work you do here, and the opportunities you have for growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can be yourself, whether it's with your manager or the people you sit nearby. I feel safe and accepted here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They eat their own dogfood. HEART is our culture philosophy and they truly adhere to all 5 attributes (humble, empathetic, adaptable, remarkable, and transparent).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance. This is the first year where some of our deductible will need to come out of our own pockets (first $250) but still, compared to my peers, I feel very fortunate that I don't have to worry about what I'll do if I get sick.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm given resources and opportunities to challenge myself and explore the skills/roles that I want to grow in. I expressed a desire to learn more about management to my manager and was supported in running programs for my team to help me flex those skills and determine if it is something I want.
