My experience at HubSpot has been great. I've been here for nearly five years now and started right out of college. I started and support and was able to create a career path to product (my dream job) which proves that you're able to grow while at the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers! Learning from them and interacting with them each day (even over Slack) is really valuable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the HubSpot compensation package is great. I love that there are several things that HubSpot does in addition to base salary including RSUs, ESPP, and 401K matching.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Executive leadership: I love how transparent they all are. The transparency they've shown over my time here has increased my trust in the executive team and company as a whole a lot.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the flexibility. It feels like you can grow with HubSpot despite what is happening in your personal life. Working from home, unlimited vacation, the increase in remote working support, etc. shows that HubSpot is invested in retaining employees (regardless of where they get the job done).
What are some of the best things about your team?
The product team in Portsmouth is extremely close and collaborative. I look forward to coming into work here every day because of that. My specific product group is also great. We have a team full of extremely smart people so I'm able to learn at least a few new things each day which I love.
