I've been at HubSpot for 9 years and have no plans to leave. There is always interesting, challenging work to do and HubSpot cares about me as a person. It's a win-win.

Everyone really cares about doing great work and about our mission of helping customers grow. You can tell people are really invested in their work and it's inspiring.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HubSpot's commitment to diversity - I've been really moved over the past year in particular at the energy and care and humility HubSpot and execs are putting into building a more inclusive workplace.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency and that they aren't afraid to be real humans. They are open with all 5k employees on AMAs, company meetings, etc. about what keeps them up at night and the future of the business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People want to do great work, but also are really fun to be around. HubSpotters can be quirky (which I love) and have unique hobbies & passions outside of work. I always learn something new talking to people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HubSpot really cares about people, and you can tell from the way leadership listens to employee feedback. When people are burnt out, we introduced a global week off and no meeting Fridays and a new mental health/therapy benefit. I feel heard.
