I like my job and my colleagues. But I'm concerned about holiday policy. It's unlimited but I don't feel I'm encouraged to take time off because of the nature of my role. Once my manager said "you gotta be mindful of when you take time off, there's basically no one who can look after your job.":(

I enjoy my work, I like my managers and colleagues. I have no intention to leave. But I know I'm under paid for what I do. And if my salary situation won't change due to department's policy, I need to consider other companies.

Executives care transparency and try to be transparent as much as possible.

We try to communicate as much as possible regardless of the location each member based.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The managers tell me my salary is based on the industry standard in the region. However, based on my own research and hearing from the peers in other company, I can't justify my current salary.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good health insurance. I'm not loving "unlimited leave" because certain region can easily take more days off and other region sees more difficult to do so. I'd prefer to have let's say 30 days off per year.
