It had been amazing journey and I hope in the coming year I won't get to a point where I'm stuck and my career hits status quo. Even we are growing it will be harder to offer positions that are not based in Dublin or Boston. To put effort on being flexible for diverse roles also at other offices.

Same purpose, work-life balance, open-milnness, tolerance, diversity, people with different backgrounds, smart and intelligent people who want to make the most our mission to help companies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
EMEA salaries have not been reviewed in over 5 years and are not anymore comparable to other software companies. At least a minimum index increase would be great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people, initiative that help us connect better to important international and local causes (voluntary work, climate change, women in tech, diversity, beating discrimination), company events outside of the office
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
EMEA salaries have not been adjusted inmore than 5< years. where cost of livelihood has increased especially in Dublin. In Paris and Berlin the HS salaries are not competitive, the companies offer better compensation and these offices don't have the same benefits Dublin has as the central EMEA hub.
