Everyone is very friendly and they actually care about their job, the company and each other
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone, from senior management to young interns, care about people above all (be it employees, customers, partners, etc). You get the feeling that the people are more important than money or than some invisible metrics
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency - I like how they share everything they can with the whole company and don't keep things from us simply because they think it's "senior management information" or "doesn't pertain directly to our jobs". This transparency does help me care more about the company and be better at my job
