While I have only been here shy of 3 months, I already feel like a valued part of my team and a member of the HubSpot community. It is easy to get involved and to remain true to who you are without needing to conceal anything. It is refreshing to work at a place with values that are implemented.

HubSpot has lived up to and even exceeded my expectations in every way. I am growing as a professionally and developing valuable skills and being exposed to different opportunities on a regular basis. The people are - generally - kind and caring and incredibly bright.

RSUs are a huge benefit, but so is the unlimited PTO and how it's encouraged to take time for yourself/your family without fear of reprimand

The openness and willingness to help, teach and learn. Everyone embodies HEART and seeks to work as a team towards the common good, not individualistically
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are respectful but willing to speak up when necessary. Every meeting feels like a safe space and people care for one another genuinely, no matter your tenure, role, etc.
