HubSpot, in theory is an amazing company to work for. Benefits are the best in class, which somewhat makes up for the lackluster pay. Culturally, most employees I've worked with that have been hired w/in the last 3 years have been fantastic. Mental health & pay remain challenges unaddressed by execs

I am on a very small team, so the reliability is a key aspect.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency is unrivaled! They seem sincere in caring about their employees as people first.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happiest when I get to work and interact with other people rather than working alone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best part of the compensation package is stock options. Having the best healthcare benefits might outweigh other compensation, though.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I started in the pandemic on an extremely small team of two, so I have yet to see any environment of HubSpot's. Culturally, the employees are very good at their jobs and are cordial. My manager works very hard to make me feel generally included, and for that I am thankful.
