The People! HubSpot hires great people and its inspiring everyday working with them!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel valued if I am paid competitively compared to the market. I feel that I am underpaid now
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the unlimited days leave and the great healthcare benefits that not just have great coverages but is also inclusive too!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our leadership team gets vulnerable and is always showing empathy and care for the employees. I am truly impress with how real they are as leaders and just basic human beings.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It is a team that can work hard and play hard together. The high level of trust built and everyone would be there to cover for one another when needed. I love my team at work!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that everyone is open to chatting and sharing their experiences, even across departments and time zones. I feel challenged by my coworkers and I think this is what made us all become better; we grow together.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people definitely. It's never the same everyday. I've met so many different people during my time at Hubspot. There is a safe enough environment for you to reach out to anyone who works here - that makes the work really fun and heartwarming.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leaders in the company are not afraid to be vulnerable. They lead by example, with compassion and no air at all. I feel safe to just slack them or communicate openly - because they cherish and encourage feedback all the time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love that everyone is seeking growth and taking actions on it. There is a great sense of ownership and everyone is open to helping one another, even if we are from different departments. I don't think you can easily find that in other companies.
