I have been here for nearly four years, and it is very hard to imagine myself anywhere else. We have a great product, great leadership team, we move at lightning fast speeds, and I can not say I have ever been bored at the company for a minute. And, after all that, we are still early days!

Extremely fast environment, extremely difficult and demanding, but very rewarding. There's everyone reason to do well, so if you are willing to be a hard worker, you can love it here.

Crushing quota and working to keep up with never-ending product updates

The diversity of all the members on the team, in both personal and professional backgrounds.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing about the culture is fake. Everybody is totally bought in and lives and breathes it.
What makes you most happy at work?
When my entire team, and the entire office crushes quota. The vibes around the office are incredible.

The commitment to serve the customers before ourselves, but at the same time committing to hit our short and long term goals.

I come to work everyday for my team. We fight for each other, not against each other. HubSpot has some a culture of inclusion and collaboration
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Truly care about employees, and have a clear path for the next 1, 3, 5 and beyond years. It seems like our plans are some clear and long term, that we are still in early innings (as crazy as that sounds)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Solve for the customer. If you don't know what to do, you can always rest assured that if you just solve for the customer, then you're doing the right thing. It helps remove stress and allows teams to easily work together.
