The cons are that it's a fast-paced environment that can be hard to keep up with sometimes and that departments are somewhat siloed. However, those two things are getting better every day. There's no "best" part. It has everything that an employee could want for compensation and wellness (because we're whole people not just workers).

Their empathy has been proven over and over in a year fraught with crisis and hardship. As a result, I have been both touched and enabled by the initiatives they put forward.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I can't even decide what's best about the compensation package. The financial benefits such as the pay and stock options are incredible. The softer benefits such as the unlimited vacation time are so good for morale.
What are some of the best things about your team?
HubSpot does such a good job in the hiring department. Every team member I've worked with is so friendly and enthusiastic about the work they do that it feeds into my own conduct and enthusiasm in a positive way.
