HubSpot is a better place to work than most. Employees have autonomy, the culture is generally supportive, and we have a great product. That being said, we're struggling with scale. I'm seeing cracks in our operational process (crushing some employees across the back office) and communications.

Feeling like I have made a contribution to our work, and that it is valued by my peers and leaders
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation for similar operations roles across the company varies too much. On the equity side, I understand that retention grants are meant primarily for the "best" employees, but I think we lean into that too hard, creating a highly segmented "haves" and "have nots" environment.
